RenderFactor LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as Fast Kitchen Design ("FKD," "we," "us"), is responsible for this website, the client portal at portal.fastkitchendesign.com, and the information described below. We provide a remote kitchen and bath design service to businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account and business details you give us: name, company, email, phone, business address, and workspace settings.
Project materials you upload so we can do the work: measurements, photos, sketches, floor plans, manufacturer catalogs, .kit files, and notes. These may include details about your own clients, such as a homeowner's name or job address.
Billing information: purchase history, invoices, and credit balance. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our systems.
Communications: messages you send through the portal, email, or our contact forms, and your notification preferences.
Usage and device data collected automatically: pages viewed, actions in the portal, IP address, browser type, referring source, and similar analytics and security logs.

Your clients' information

Project materials often contain personal information about your own customers. We process that information only as your service provider, only to produce and deliver the design you ordered, and only on your instructions. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us. We do not use it for any other purpose, do not contact your clients, and delete it on your request.

How we use information

To deliver the service: produce, revise, and deliver designs, and run the portal.
To bill you and keep financial records.
To communicate about projects, support, and service changes.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To secure, monitor, and improve the website and portal, including fraud and abuse prevention.
To measure our advertising (see Cookies below).
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit what they may do with it:

Stripe for payments, invoices, and tax records.
Supabase for the portal database and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. Both store data in the United States.
Resend for sending email.
Cloudflare for security and bot protection.
Cyncly for 2020 Design Flex and LiveSpace 3D walkthroughs, where a design is rendered or shared through those services.
Google Analytics and Meta for website analytics and ad measurement, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Our design team and contractors, who access project materials only to perform the work and are bound by written confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our business, or others. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.

International processing

RenderFactor LLC is a US company. Our design team works from outside the United States, so project materials are accessed from those locations to perform the service. Wherever information is processed, it is protected by the safeguards described in this policy.

Retention

We keep account information while your account is open and for as long as needed afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Project materials and deliverables are kept so you can return to them in the portal; you can ask us to delete the materials for any project or for your whole account, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security, and audit logging. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live, subject to legal limits. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and manage service notifications in the portal. You can control analytics and advertising cookies as described in the Cookie Policy. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies

Our Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies we use, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the portal.
