We provide a remote kitchen and bath design service for the cabinet trade. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. • Business and contact details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, and phone number when you contact us or start a project.
• Project materials you submit so we can complete a design, such as measurements, sketches, photos, floor plans, and 2020 Flex (.kit) files.
• Usage data collected automatically when you visit the website, such as pages viewed, referring source, browser type, and similar analytics information.

How we use information

• To deliver the design service, including producing and revising your 2020 Flex designs and the associated renders, drawings, and files.
• To communicate with you about projects, support requests, and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not contact your clients on your behalf unless you ask us to.

How we share information

These include hosting and analytics providers, and our payment processors: Revolut, which processes Annual Plan payments, and Airwallex, which processes payments made in the client portal. Card details are handled by those processors and are not stored by us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share your project materials with other clients.

Data retention

We keep project materials and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete materials associated with your account.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits. You can also opt out of non-essential analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
