Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fast Kitchen Design ("FKD," "we," "us") website and design service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
The service
FKD is a remote design service for the cabinet trade. We produce kitchen and bath designs in 2020 Flex (2020 Design) from the materials you submit, and deliver renders, elevations, floor plans, an items list, a LiveSpace 3D walkthrough, and the native .kit file. Standard pricing is a flat $100 per design, with unlimited revisions while the project scope stays the same. Designs submitted by the stated cutoff are delivered by 9 AM the next business day; complex or multi-room projects may take longer, and we will tell you upfront.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, files, and instructions you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You represent that you have the right to share any materials you send us.
Payment
Fees are due per design as described at the time of order. There are no contracts or minimums unless separately agreed in writing. Bulk and volume arrangements, where offered, are governed by their specific terms.
Revisions and scope
Revisions are unlimited and included while the project scope remains the same. A material change in scope, such as a new layout or additional rooms, may be treated as a new design.
Intellectual property
On full payment for a design, the deliverables we produce for that project are yours to use, present, and modify, including under your own brand. You retain ownership of the materials you submit to us. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and processes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to submit materials you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Disclaimers
Designs are provided for planning and presentation. You are responsible for verifying final measurements, product availability, code compliance, and fitness for your specific project before ordering or installing cabinetry. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FKD's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the design giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
